Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz) cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 package Italian dressing mix (or 3 tablespoons)
  • 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 23 green onions, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat to 375°F (190°C).
  • Prepare the Filling: Combine softened cream cheese and cream of chicken soup in a medium pot over medium heat until smooth. Stir in the Italian dressing mix and reduce to low heat.
  • Mix in Chicken: Transfer most of the mixture to a bowl, leaving some in the pot for serving. Add shredded chicken and green onions to the bowl and mix.
  • Prepare Dough: Unroll crescent dough on a baking sheet, separating triangles.
  • Fill and Roll: Place chicken mixture on each triangle and roll from the wide end to encase filling.
