Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate (chopped or chips)
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup dried cherries (roughly chopped)
  • 1/2 cup maraschino cherries (halved and drained)
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or dark)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Fudge Base:
    • Melt the white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk in a medium saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
    • Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Mix in Cherries and Chocolate:
    • Fold in the dried cherries, maraschino cherries, and chocolate chips. Mix well to distribute evenly.
  • Set the Fudge:
    • Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
    • Pour the fudge mixture into the dish and spread it evenly.
    • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until fully set.
