Description

Ingredients

  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1 lb pizza dough, rolled out into a rectangle
  • 1 cup Mexican cheese blend
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salsa, for dipping
  • Guacamole, for dipping

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Sauté onion and garlic in a skillet over medium heat until translucent.
  • Add ground beef and taco seasoning; cook until browned. Let cool slightly.
  • Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle and cut into 5 strips.
  • Fill each strip with beef mixture and cheese; fold and seal edges.
  • Brush with olive oil and bake for 10 minutes.
  • Top with more cheese and bake for another 5 minutes until golden.
  • Serve warm with salsa and guacamole.
