Ingredients
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 1 lb pizza dough, rolled out into a rectangle
- 1 cup Mexican cheese blend
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salsa, for dipping
- Guacamole, for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Sauté onion and garlic in a skillet over medium heat until translucent.
- Add ground beef and taco seasoning; cook until browned. Let cool slightly.
- Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle and cut into 5 strips.
- Fill each strip with beef mixture and cheese; fold and seal edges.
- Brush with olive oil and bake for 10 minutes.
- Top with more cheese and bake for another 5 minutes until golden.
- Serve warm with salsa and guacamole.
