Ingredients
- 4 low-carb tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 16 pepperoni slices
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Olive oil spray (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lay tortillas flat and spread about 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce on each.
- Sprinkle each tortilla with 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese.
- Arrange 4 pepperoni slices on top of the cheese, and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly, placing them seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Lightly spray the tops with olive oil for a crispier texture (optional).
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing each roll-up into 3-4 pieces.
