Ingredients
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
- Marinara or pizza sauce, for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Dough: Separate the biscuits and flatten each one into a small circle.
- Assemble the Pizza Bombs: Place a small amount of mozzarella cheese and mini pepperoni slices in the center of each dough circle. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal the pizza bombs.
- Season: Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl. Brush the mixture over the top of each dough ball.
- Bake: Arrange the pizza bombs on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
