Description

These cheesy garlic chicken wraps are a delightful treat for anyone who loves a savory and cheesy meal. Packed with juicy chicken, melted mozzarella, and a garlicky kick, all wrapped in a soft tortilla, these wraps are perfect for a quick meal or a satisfying snack.


Ingredients

2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

4 flour tortillas

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

1 tablespoon butter, melted


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano.
  3. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside to cool slightly.
  4. While the chicken cools, melt butter in the same skillet and sauté the garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat.
  5. Slice the cooked chicken into thin strips.
  6. Lay the tortillas on a flat surface. Evenly distribute the garlic butter mixture, shredded mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley across each tortilla.
  7. Place the sliced chicken on top of the cheese mixture and roll up the tortillas tightly to form wraps.
  8. Place the wraps seam side down on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the wraps are golden and crispy.
  9. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.

Add vegetables: For a healthier twist, you can add sautéed spinach, bell peppers, or onions to the wraps.
