Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
4 flour tortillas
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside to cool slightly.
- While the chicken cools, melt butter in the same skillet and sauté the garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat.
- Slice the cooked chicken into thin strips.
- Lay the tortillas on a flat surface. Evenly distribute the garlic butter mixture, shredded mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley across each tortilla.
- Place the sliced chicken on top of the cheese mixture and roll up the tortillas tightly to form wraps.
- Place the wraps seam side down on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the wraps are golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.
