Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (more for extra spice)
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced onion and garlic, cooking until softened, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the ground chicken to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Stir in buffalo sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer on low for 5 minutes and remove from heat.
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses.
- To assemble, spread a thin layer of buffalo chicken mixture on the bottom of a baking dish. Add a layer of lasagna noodles, followed by a layer of cheese mixture. Repeat the layers, finishing with a cheese layer on top.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25-30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let the lasagna cool for 5-10 minutes before serving. Drizzle with ranch dressing and garnish with parsley if desired.
