Ingredients

  • 3 pounds ground beef
  • 1 box small shell pasta
  • 1 pack Velveeta cheese
  • 1 handful sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 packs taco seasoning
  • 1 can original Rotel
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta: Boil the small shell pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  • Combine: Mix in the cooked pasta until evenly coated with the cheesy beef mixture.
  • Top with cheddar: Sprinkle sharp cheddar cheese on top and let it melt before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, use spicy Rotel or add diced jalapeños.
