Ingredients
- 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled, deveined, and chopped
- 1/2 lb lump crab meat
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Tortilla chips, crackers, or toasted bread for serving
Instructions
- Cook the Shrimp:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes, or until pink and fully cooked. Set aside. - Prepare the Dip Base:
In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth. - Combine Ingredients:
Fold in cooked shrimp, crab meat, chopped spinach, shredded mozzarella, and grated Parmesan. - Bake the Dip:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread mixture into an oven-safe dish and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden and bubbly. - Serve:
