Ingredients
- 18–24 large strawberries
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 2/3 cup white granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (optional)
- 1 (8-ounce) package of cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Prepare strawberries by cutting off the stems and slicing each in half. Trim the back to make them sit flat.
- Hollow out the center of each strawberry half with a melon baller or spoon.
- Beat heavy cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form, about 5 minutes.
- Blend cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice in a separate bowl until smooth.
- Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
- Transfer the filling to a piping bag with a star tip and fill each strawberry.
- Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top. Serve immediately and enjoy!
