Description

Cheesecake Deviled Strawberries are a no-bake, bite-sized dessert that combines fresh strawberries with a creamy cheesecake filling. Topped with graham cracker crumbs for a classic touch, these easy treats are perfect for parties, holidays, or a quick sweet snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb large strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs (for garnish)
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional for garnish)

Instructions

. Prepare the Strawberries

  • Slice each strawberry in half lengthwise.
  • Use a small spoon or knife to scoop out a small portion of the center.
  • Set the strawberries aside on a plate.

2. Make the Cheesecake Filling

  • In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

3. Fill the Strawberries

  • Transfer the cheesecake mixture to a piping bag or use a spoon.
  • Fill each strawberry half, creating a small peak on top.

4. Garnish

  • Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the filled strawberries.
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.

Notes

  • Best served fresh, but you can prepare the cheesecake filling in advance.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
  • Avoid freezing, as strawberries may become too watery.
