Instructions
. Prepare the Strawberries
- Slice each strawberry in half lengthwise.
- Use a small spoon or knife to scoop out a small portion of the center.
- Set the strawberries aside on a plate.
2. Make the Cheesecake Filling
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
3. Fill the Strawberries
- Transfer the cheesecake mixture to a piping bag or use a spoon.
- Fill each strawberry half, creating a small peak on top.
