Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Set oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare Ingredients: Thinly slice Yukon Gold and sweet potatoes. Chop herbs and onion.
- Combine Mixture: In a bowl, toss potato slices with onion, herbs, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and most of the cheese.
- Assemble in Skillet: Arrange potato slices vertically in a greased oven-safe skillet or baking dish.
- Add Liquids: Pour vegetable broth and milk over the arranged potatoes.
