Ingredients

  • 4 1/2 cups Peanut Butter Captain Crunch
  • 4 1/2 cups regular Captain Crunch
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips, divided
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (dairy-free if needed)
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup smooth, natural peanut butter
  • 2 cups organic powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Melt 1/2 cup of peanut butter chips, chocolate chips, and butter together using a double boiler or microwave at 50% power, stirring until fully melted and smooth.
  • Stir in the natural peanut butter until well incorporated.
  • In a large bowl, pour the melted chocolate mixture over the cereals and gently stir to coat evenly.
