Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 yellow onion (chopped)
1 bell pepper (chopped)
1 small head of cabbage (cored & chopped)
1 (14 oz) can diced tomatoes
2 tsp Tony Chachere’s Creole seasoning (or substitute with paprika, cayenne, and salt)
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp black pepper
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Remove excess fat (leave a little if desired).

Add the chopped onion and bell pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.

Stir in the chopped cabbage, diced tomatoes, and all seasonings. Cover and cook for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
