Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
  • 1/3 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onions (optional)

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, toss the cooked chicken with buffalo sauce until evenly coated. Adjust the sauce for desired heat.
  • Warm the flour tortillas in a skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.
  • Lay one tortilla flat and layer it with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and optional toppings such as shredded cheese or sliced red onions.
  • Add a generous portion of the buffalo chicken mixture on top of the vegetables.
  • Drizzle ranch dressing over the top.
  • Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll it up tightly.
  • Slice in half and serve immediately.
