Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
- 1/3 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
- 1/4 cup sliced red onions (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, toss the cooked chicken with buffalo sauce until evenly coated. Adjust the sauce for desired heat.
- Warm the flour tortillas in a skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.
- Lay one tortilla flat and layer it with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and optional toppings such as shredded cheese or sliced red onions.
- Add a generous portion of the buffalo chicken mixture on top of the vegetables.
- Drizzle ranch dressing over the top.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll it up tightly.
