Description

Buffalo Chicken Wraps with Ranch Dressing deliver a mouthwatering combination of spicy buffalo chicken, crisp lettuce, melty cheddar cheese, and creamy ranch. Perfect for a quick lunch, dinner, or meal prep, these wraps are easy to customize and kid-friendly.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. In a shallow dish, mix flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Dredge the chicken strips in the mixture, coating evenly.
  2. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken strips and cook for 5-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  3. Remove the chicken and add hot sauce to the skillet. Stir for 1 minute until the sauce thickens slightly.
  4. Lay a tortilla flat. Add shredded lettuce, chicken, cheddar cheese, and a drizzle of ranch dressing. Roll tightly into a wrap.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a spicier wrap, use extra-hot hot sauce or sprinkle red pepper flakes on the chicken.
  • To make it gluten-free, substitute gluten-free flour and tortillas.
  • Prepare chicken ahead for quick assembly during meal prep.
