Ingredients

    • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
    • 2 cups powdered sugar
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • For the Chocolate Topping:
    • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
    • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pan:
    Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
  2. Make the Peanut Butter Layer:
    • Beat peanut butter and softened butter until smooth.
    • Mix in vanilla, then gradually add powdered sugar until fully combined.
  3. Assemble the Peanut Butter Layer:
    • Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly into the prepared dish.
    • Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
  4. Make the Chocolate Topping:
