Ingredients
- 2 cans ready-to-use refrigerated crescent rolls
- 2 8-ounce packages cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 egg white
For the Glaze:
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 Tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 13×9-inch baking pan.
- Lay one pack of crescent rolls in the prepared pan, pinching the openings together to form a solid layer.
- In a medium bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and egg until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crescent rolls in the pan.
- Lay the second pack of crescent rolls over the cream cheese mixture, then brush the top with egg white.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
- Let the Danish cool for 20 minutes before adding the glaze.
- For the glaze, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Drizzle over the cooled Danish.
- Serve and enjoy!

- To check if the Danish is done, ensure the top is golden brown and the filling is set. A toothpick inserted into the center should come out clean.
