Description

This creamy blueberry fudge recipe combines the tangy flavor of freeze-dried blueberries with the sweetness of white chocolate for a no-bake treat. Perfect for parties, gifting, or satisfying your sweet tooth.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups freeze-dried blueberries, finely crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon purple gel food coloring (optional)
  • 26 oz white chocolate melting wafers
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  • Prepare the Pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
  • Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate melting wafers and condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until melted and smooth.
  • Add Blueberry Flavor and Color: Stir in freeze-dried blueberry powder. Add food coloring if desired, mixing until evenly tinted.
  • Pour and Set: Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared dish and tap gently to remove air bubbles.
  • Chill: Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until set.
  • Slice and Serve: Lift the fudge using the parchment paper overhang, cut into squares, and serve.

Notes

  • For darker fudge, increase purple food coloring or add a drop of blue.
  • Add toppings like crushed nuts or edible glitter for a decorative touch.
  • Keep refrigerated for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.
