Ingredients

- 1/2 cup blue sanding sugar
Instructions
- Prepare the Truffle Mixture
- In a heatproof bowl, melt white chocolate chips and heavy cream together. Use a microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
- Stir in blue curaçao and mix until fully incorporated.
- Chill the Mixture
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1-2 hours, or until firm enough to scoop.
- Shape the Truffles
- Using a small scoop or spoon, portion out the mixture and roll into balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Coat the Truffles
- Roll each truffle in blue sanding sugar, pressing gently for an even coating. Return to the baking sheet.
- Set the Truffles
- Refrigerate for another 30 minutes to firm up before serving.
