Ingredients

- 4 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 15 Birthday Cake Oreo cookies, roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles (optional)
For the Topping:
- 6 Birthday Cake Oreo cookies, roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven:
Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal. - Melt Butter and Chocolate:
Microwave butter and chocolate in a large bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Cool slightly. - Prepare the Batter:
- Whisk sugar into the melted butter-chocolate mixture.
- Add eggs one at a time, whisking well after each. Stir in vanilla.
- Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Fold gently until just combined.
- Fold in chopped Oreos and sprinkles.
- Bake:
- Spread batter evenly in the prepared pan.
- Top with extra Oreos, white chocolate chips, and sprinkles.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- Cool and Serve:
Cool brownies completely. Use parchment overhang to lift out, cut into squares, and serve.
