Ingredients
Crust

- ⅓ cup sour cream

- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions

- Make the Crust:

- Press 1 tbsp of the mixture into each lined muffin tin cup and bake for 5 minutes. Cool.

- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and sour cream.

- Divide filling among muffin cups, filling each three-quarters full.
