Description

Banana Split Fluff Salad is a creamy, fruity no-bake dessert that brings the classic flavors of a banana split to your table. Ingredients

For the Fluff Salad:

  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (Cool Whip)
  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup maraschino cherries, halved
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut (optional)

For Garnish (Optional):

  • Extra maraschino cherries
  • Chocolate syrup drizzle
  • Whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Mix the Whipped Topping and Pudding:
    In a large mixing bowl, whisk together whipped topping and instant pudding mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the Fruit and Mix-ins:
    Gently fold in the drained pineapple, marshmallows, banana slices, strawberries, maraschino cherries, and chopped nuts. Add chocolate chips and shredded coconut if desired.
  3. Chill the Salad:
    Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld and set.
  4. Serve:
    Stir lightly before serving. Garnish with additional cherries, chocolate syrup, and whipped cream. Serve chilled and enjoy!
