Ingredients
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 package (10 oz) mini marshmallows
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant banana pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/4 cup honey (for drizzling)
Instructions
- Prepare the Pan – Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and set it aside.
- Melt Butter & Marshmallows – In a large saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Add mini marshmallows and stir until smooth.
- Add Pudding Mix – Stir in the banana pudding mix until fully incorporated.
- Combine with Cereal – Remove from heat and gently fold in the Rice Krispies cereal until evenly coated.
- Transfer to Pan – Press the mixture into the prepared baking dish using a buttered spatula or wax paper. Let cool completely.
- Prepare Banana Pudding – In a medium bowl, whisk together banana pudding mix and milk until thickened.
- Assemble Layers – Spread the banana pudding over the cooled Rice Krispie layer. Top with sliced bananas and whipped cream.
- Drizzle with Honey – Finish with a drizzle of honey.
