Ingredients
Banana Bread Brownies:

- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Glaze:
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar until smooth.
- Mix in eggs, mashed bananas, and vanilla extract until combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in chopped nuts if desired.
- Spread the batter evenly into the prepared dish.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool completely before glazing.
- For the glaze, melt butter in a saucepan. Remove from heat and whisk in powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the glaze over cooled brownies, spread evenly, and let set before slicing.
