Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 bunch asparagus, ends trimmed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Lemon slices, for garnish
- Fresh herbs (dill or parsley), for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut four large pieces of aluminum foil.
- Place salmon fillets in the center of each foil piece and arrange asparagus around them.
- In a small bowl, whisk olive oil, melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle the sauce over the salmon and asparagus. Top with lemon slices.
- Fold the foil to seal the packs tightly.
- Place packs on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Carefully open foil packs, garnish with fresh herbs, and serve immediately.

- For variations, substitute asparagus with green beans or broccoli, or use lime instead of lemon for a citrus twist.
