- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- ½ lb ground beef
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 green onions, diced
- Sour cream, for dipping

Prepare the Potatoes:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Scrub and slice russet potatoes into ½-inch thick rounds.

- Arrange slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
