Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups mashed potatoes (leftover or freshly made)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite)
- 1/4 cup green onions or chives, finely chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or seasoned)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Cooking spray or olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
- Prepare Potato Mixture: Combine mashed potatoes, cheese, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix well.
- Shape Potato Balls: Roll 1-2 tablespoons of the mixture into balls. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
