Ingredients

  • 2½ cups grape tomatoes, washed and dried
  • 1 (8-ounce) block of feta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
  • 12 ounces bow tie pasta, cooked, drained, and kept warm

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a baking dish, place grape tomatoes and position the feta cheese block in the center.
  • Drizzle with 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Sprinkle Italian seasoning and salt.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, until tomatoes burst and feta softens.
  • Remove from oven and mash tomatoes and feta to create a creamy sauce.
  • Add fresh basil and cooked pasta. Toss until pasta is fully coated.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
