Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works well)
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 (8 oz) cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
  • Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
  • Roll up each triangle starting from the wide end, ensuring the filling is enclosed.
  • Arrange rolls seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  • Brush with melted butter and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top if desired.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
