Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon butter, melted


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over chicken breasts and rub evenly.
  4. In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  5. Sprinkle spice mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
  6. Brush melted butter over the top of each chicken breast.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  8. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Swap smoked paprika with chili powder for extra heat.
