Ingredients
- 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven:
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil. - Prepare the Cauliflower:
In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated. - Bake:
Spread the seasoned cauliflower evenly on the baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown and tender. - Optional – Add Parmesan:
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the cauliflower during the last 5 minutes of baking. Bake until the cheese melts and crisps slightly. - Serve:
Transfer to a serving dish, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve warm.
