Ingredients

  • 23 slices of fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter or olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Assemble the sandwich: Lay one slice of bread flat. Layer with mozzarella, tomato slices, and avocado. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with the second slice of bread.
