Description
This simple, one-pan baked dinner combines tender chicken breasts, hearty potatoes, and savory green beans, all seasoned with Italian dressing mix and baked to perfection with a buttery drizzle.
Ingredients
- 2–3 chicken breasts, cubed
- 3–5 small to medium potatoes, diced
- 1 ½ cans green beans (or 2 cans, depending on preference)
- 1 package dry Italian dressing mix
- 1 stick butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cube the chicken breasts and dice the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
- Place the chicken, potatoes, and green beans in a large baking dish or pan.
- Sprinkle the dry Italian dressing mix evenly over the chicken, potatoes, and green beans.
- Drizzle the melted butter over the top, making sure everything is coated.
- Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
- Once cooked, remove the foil and serve.
