Ingredients
For the Asian Noodles:
- Olive oil
- Green onions, chopped
- Sesame seeds
- Mushrooms (button or Portobello), sliced
- Soy sauce
- Honey
- Chicken stock

- Snow peas, trimmed
- Fettuccine pasta

- Salmon fillets

Instructions
Prepare the Noodles:
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Sauté green onions and sesame seeds for 2–3 minutes.
- Add mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes.
- Remove pan from heat and stir in soy sauce, honey, chicken stock, sesame oil, and Sriracha.
- Boil snow peas in a separate pot for 3–5 minutes, then drain.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain.
- Toss snow peas and pasta with the mushroom sauce in the frying pan and heat through over medium-low heat.
Prepare the Salmon:
- Preheat broiler.
- Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper on the non-skin side.
- Heat cooking oil in a skillet over high heat.
- Sear salmon, non-skin side down, for 4 minutes, then flip and sear the skin side for 3 minutes.
- Mix honey and soy sauce, warming slightly to blend.
- Brush salmon with honey-soy mixture and broil for 3 minutes, basting midway if desired.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
