Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform or round cake pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In a large bowl, whisk oil, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Stir in vanilla and Greek yogurt.
- Gradually incorporate dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in chopped apples. Pour batter into prepared pan.
- Mix 2 tbsp brown sugar and 1/2 tsp cinnamon. Sprinkle over batter.
