Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until a dough forms.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Gently flatten each cookie slightly with your fingers or the back of a spoon.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
