Description

Air Fryer Pizza Rolls are quick and easy mini pizza pockets filled with seasoned pizza sauce, diced pepperoni, and melted mozzarella cheese. These crispy, bite-sized treats are perfect for parties, snacks, or a family-friendly appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 1 tube (13.8 ounces) pizza dough
  • ¾ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup pepperoni, diced
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  • Prepare the Air Fryer: Preheat to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Season the Sauce: Mix pizza sauce, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl.
  • Roll Out Dough: On a floured surface, roll dough into a 12×12-inch square. Cut into 16 equal squares.
  • Assemble Rolls: Place each square on the baking sheet. Add 1 tsp pizza sauce, 1 tsp pepperoni, and 1 tsp mozzarella to the center of each.
  • Seal Rolls: Dampen edges with water, fold corners to the center, and seal seams.
  • Cook: Spray tops lightly with cooking spray. Place seam-side down in air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 8 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Serve: Enjoy hot, plain or with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • To prevent leaks, don’t overfill and ensure edges are sealed tightly.
  • For extra crispiness, brush rolls with egg wash before air frying.
  • Can be baked in an oven at 400°F (200°C) for 18-20 minutes if air fryer is unavailable.
