Description

cheeseburger, filled with savory beef, melted cheddar cheese, pickles, onions, and tangy ketchup and mustard. Perfect for an appetizer, snack, or a casual meal, they cook to golden perfection in the air fryer for a lighter alternative to deep-fried foods.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 12 egg roll wrappers
  • Cooking spray or oil for misting
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Stir in the cheddar cheese, pickles, onions, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Lay an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface. Place 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture in the center of each wrapper, then fold and roll the wrapper according to package directions.
  • Repeat with the remaining wrappers, placing the finished rolls seam side down.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
  • Lightly spray the egg rolls with cooking spray to ensure they crisp up nicely.
  • Arrange the egg rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they aren’t overcrowded.
  • Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.

Notes

Storage/Reheating: Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 3-5 minutes.
