Description

These Air Fryer Loaded Cheeseburger Egg Rolls combine the best of both worlds: the savory flavors of a cheeseburger wrapped in a crispy egg roll. A perfect snack or appetizer, these egg rolls are filled with seasoned ground beef, melted cheddar cheese, pickles, and onions, and air-fried to golden perfection. This healthier version of a deep-fried favorite is a must-try for any cheeseburger lover!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 12 egg roll wrappers
  • Cooking spray or oil for misting
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, diced pickles, diced onions, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully combined.
  • Lay an egg roll wrapper flat on a clean surface. Place about 2 tablespoons of the cheeseburger mixture in the center of each wrapper.
  • Fold the sides inward and roll tightly to form a cylinder. Repeat for the remaining egg rolls, placing them seam side down.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
  • Lightly mist the egg rolls with cooking spray and place them in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  • Serve warm with ketchup, mustard, or your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, substitute ground beef with ground turkey or chicken.
  • Try adding sautéed mushrooms, onions, and bell peppers for a vegetarian option.
  • For a spicy twist, add jalapeños or hot sauce to the filling.
