Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced pickles
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- Cooking spray or oil for misting
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, diced pickles, diced onions, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully combined.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper flat on a clean surface. Place about 2 tablespoons of the cheeseburger mixture in the center of each wrapper.
- Fold the sides inward and roll tightly to form a cylinder. Repeat for the remaining egg rolls, placing them seam side down.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- Lightly mist the egg rolls with cooking spray and place them in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm with ketchup, mustard, or your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For a lighter version, substitute ground beef with ground turkey or chicken.
- Try adding sautéed mushrooms, onions, and bell peppers for a vegetarian option.
- For a spicy twist, add jalapeños or hot sauce to the filling.
