- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Beef: Trim excess fat and freeze for 1 hour for easier slicing.
- Slice: Cut beef against the grain into 1/4-inch thick strips.
- Marinate: Mix soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes. Submerge beef strips, cover, and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
- Preheat Air Fryer: Set to 210°F (100°C).
- Arrange: Pat beef strips dry and place in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook: Air fry for 2 hours, checking for dryness. Continue in 15-20 minute intervals if needed.
- Cool & Store: Cool on a wire rack before storing in an airtight container.
