Description

Ingredients

  • 2 large red apples (Pink Lady, Honeycrisp, or Gala), peeled, cored, and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil (refined for no taste)
  • 2 tablespoons real maple syrup, divided

Instructions

  • Preheat Air Fryer: Set the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) and lightly spray the basket with non-stick spray.
  • Prepare Apples: In a bowl, toss apple cubes with 1 tablespoon maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and cinnamon until evenly coated.
  • Air Fry: Place apples in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10–14 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until golden, slightly crispy, and tender.
  • Glaze and Serve: Toss the cooked apples with the remaining 1 tablespoon of maple syrup and serve warm.
