Quick, creamy, and perfect for busy weeknights, this 4-Ingredient One-Pot Macaroni Cheeseburger Soup combines ground beef, cheddar cheese, and macaroni for a comforting, family-friendly meal ready in just 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  • Brown the ground beef in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  • Add the beef broth to the pot and bring to a boil.
  • Stir in the elbow macaroni and cook for 7-8 minutes, or until tender.
  • Reduce heat to low, add milk and shredded cheddar cheese, and stir until the cheese is fully melted and the soup is creamy.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • Vegetarian Option: Swap ground beef for plant-based meat or lentils, and use vegetable broth.
  • For extra spice, add red pepper flakes or diced jalapeños.
  • Customize with toppings like bacon crumbles, green onions, or sour cream.
  • Substitute elbow macaroni with rotini, penne, or shells for variety.
