Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  • Prepare the Crust:
    • Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a bowl until it resembles wet sand.
    • Press into mini muffin tins or tart pans. Chill for 15–20 minutes.
  • Make the Filling:
    • Whisk pudding mix with milk until thickened.
    • Gently fold in whipped cream.
  • Assemble the Pies:
    • Place banana slices on each crust.
    • Spoon pudding mixture over bananas.
    • Drizzle with caramel sauce.
  • Chill and Serve:
    • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
    • Garnish with extra banana slices or whipped cream, if desired.
