Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust:
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a bowl until it resembles wet sand.
- Press into mini muffin tins or tart pans. Chill for 15–20 minutes.
- Make the Filling:
- Whisk pudding mix with milk until thickened.
- Gently fold in whipped cream.
- Assemble the Pies:
- Place banana slices on each crust.
- Spoon pudding mixture over bananas.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce.
- Chill and Serve:
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
